Canceling Orders: If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done within 30 minutes of time of order or restock, art, and screen charges will be incurred.
Prepays: Payment must be received in 24 hours or orders will be returned to stock and subject to a 15% restock fee.
Quality: We sell only first quality goods, but exact dye lots, total color fastness and minimum shrinkage are not included in the manufacturer’s warranties.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards or money orders. Pre-payment methods are available.
C.O.D.-COMPANY CHECK: Upon approval of a completed credit application, customers may make their payment to the UPS driver by company check.
Please allow 1 week for credit approval.
NET 10: Upon approval of a completed credit application, customers are to make the full amount of their payment within 10 days from invoice date.
A 2% late fee will be charged if invoice payment is not received by the due date in addition to a service charge of 1.5% per month
(18% per year) on balances beyond establishment terms.
Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 surcharge and company check privileges will be reviewed. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms.

RETURN AND REFUSED GOODS
If you have an error or discrepancy with an order, contact our Customer Service Department within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please have your invoice ready before calling.
- Merchandise over 10 days old cannot be returned.
- All unclaimed or refused C.O.D. shipments are subject to the full amount of order restocking charge, in addition to freight and C.O.D. charges.
- No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number.
- Defect in merchandise must be indicated by placing tape over the flaw.
- All sales on closeout styles are final.
- No returns on any personalized items. All sales are final.
